Our business hours are Monday- Friday 8:00 am to 5 pm. Service calls received after hours will be returned the following business day. Emergency service calls are available after hours at a premium if received by 2 PM Monday through Saturday*.

Clients with an active "Extended Warranty & Service Agreement" will have priority response and extended service access.
PLEASE NOTE: For commercial satellite TV customers, brief outages may occur during inclimate weather. Strong rains and snow can contribute to these.
Additionally, for satellite and security customers, short power outages or brown outs can require the main system to be powered off for 2 minutes and then powered back on. If this doesn't work, please submit a ticket to our technical staff here:
