- If you are experiencing problems
please try the following suggestions.
- Check that your receiver is set to
“stacked” mode. Please choose your receiver model: DirecTV D10 DirecTV
D11
- Unplug the power to your receiver,
wait 30 seconds then plug it back in.
- Double check the connections on the
back of your receiver. Make sure the cable from the wall goes to
the Satellite In connection.
- Make sure your TV is connected to
one of the outputs on the receiver.
- Check that your TV is set to the
correct channel or input. If you are using the coaxial output from
the receiver, your TV should be tuned to channel 3. Otherwise you
should select the correct video input, ie Video1.
